Can you tell me why is my account has been suspended.

Your account has suspended because in one of your form you have password field. I activated your account but you need to remove password field from your form. In case that you do not do it your account will be again suspended
The reason this happens is because we consider it a violation of our terms of service since password is often used with other fields to collect sensitive information and our system is not designed to act as an admin-to-user type cms panel. Please see http://www.jotform.com/terms for more info.
