Can I have a paid plan for only 3 months?

Yes, if you choose a monthly plan you can have it active only for the period you wish, with minimum of 1 month. As the paid plans are subscriptions they renew automatically, so it is necessary that you manually cancel it before next billing date, to avoid unwanted bills.
