Can I create contingency questions?

     Example; Does your company have a strategic plan?  If yes, respondent would be directed to separate line of questioning.  If no, they would skip separate line on proceed further down into survey.

     

    Based on response the survey would be intelligently designed to separate question(s).

    It is possible to create form that will show/hide fields if some condition is set. You can use conditional logic to show/hide fields considering what user has selected. E.g. in you strategic plan if yes is selected some questions will be shown and in case that no is selected some other questions will be shown. 

    Or you can make form that is multiple page form and than to skip pages if some option is selected.
