    Hello,

Im looking at your API as I need to provide a form builder package to a client.

part of their requirements are to be able to filter results by user and use them on the website.

What they really need is to be able to get last years form response from a user.

    for example using this endpoint:

    https://api.jotform.com/user/submissions?apiKey=5e6afcb9e10f00088f710d9f6d1d2f75&form_id=50672849186366

Could I filter it to bring back all results where content : answers : 3 : answer is equal to = test@test.com

(if you see the screen shot that will make more sense!)

or is there a better way?

Could you also explain to me what a subuser is used for? is a subuser someone who creates forms or uses the form?

I would like all of my website users to be able to submit a form and them be able to track the submissions from each user - but i would need maybe 2000+ users,

    Kind regards

    Gary

    Hi,

I looked through our API a bit and I was unable to find anything though would allow for the filtering of submissions based on email address.  That's not to say it isn't possible, I just couldn't find anything pre-built.  There is not a way to track submissions by user since people do not need to log in to fill out forms.

A sub-user is another account that the form is shared with:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

They are a separate accounts that have access to forms or submissions depending on what level of access is given.  This will still not track the user who filled out the form.
