    Hey Guys!

I have the following form set up for a conditional notification email:

IE: when "Manassas" is selected from the Location drop down, the notification email will be sent to the following emails "manassas@atfgyms.com, roger.yelvington@gmail.com"

The problem, is that it is showing ALL Fields and boxes.
    >I would like to hide all fields that were left empty
    >Which would also hide all fields that were conditionally hidden when the form was complete

    Please help!

    Thank you!

    Roger

If I understood correctly when you submit form you get Notification and if some fields are empty you see that empty fields also inside of notification. And you want to avoid that.

Yes it's possible to hide empty fields on submission emails. Please follow these steps to enable this feature:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed"

    2. Click on "Preferences" at the toolbar

    3. Under "Advanced Settings" tab enable the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails"

However this feature will work only on default email template. If you edit/modify the notification email template, this feature will not work.

In case that you want to achieve that you will have to create new notification/Autoresponder and you should not change anything in it.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
