Multiple Email RecipientsAsked by thestreamingnetwork on April 08, 2015 at 01:33 PM
Hi there, I'm having trouble adding multiple email recipients to our notifier emails.
I add emails (comma-separated), and then fill out the form, but only the first address receives the email. Any ideas what we're doing wrong?
Please read our guide here about Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients, and let us know if you still have questions or queries on this. We would be happy to assist you further.
The emails on this form are setup with a comma, and then a space. Each address beyond the first email entered does not receive an email.

Note that the Send Email After Submission logic will override your default email settings. To fix this, it's either you will delete the conditional logic or add the recipients in the logic settings:

I have read alll the instructions but I need the second email address to receive notification also. Thank you.
