Auto respond; is that also secure?

If the auto responder is set up and sending back the customer's form with sensitive information (ie birth date) is that form information still secure?

That information is as secure as sending an email is.  If you are using SSL based transmission of your submission data, the data will be transferred via SSL to our email provider then sent via Amazon SES email.  The security of those emails is up to the user receiving them.
