Unable to grant access to my forms to another user

    I am unable to configure the secondary accounts to share forms and records. I get the note that says All forms are shared with full access. However it does not remain in my account. If I log off and I log back while my sub-users disappeared. In turn, they have no access to my forms

    I presume that you're trying to share your forms with a sub-user is that correct

    If so, please take a look at this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User. If the sub-user doesn't have an account in JotForm he/she needs to create it using the link provided on the email notification they should receive.

    If they already have an account in JotForm then please try to share the access using their username.
