    Hello

In the past I have had no trouble editing submissions and saving the edits.

Over the past 2 days I have attempted to edit, but to no avail - nor am I able to save any changes if I can make them.

Please advise as this matter is become urgent.

    Thanks

    Bernadette

    Hello Bernadette,

Over the past 2 days I have attempted to edit, but to no avail

Do you mean to say that when you go to your form's submission page and edit the submission, it is not saved? Do you get any error message or the edits are simply not being captured?

I did check your last edited form "SMJFL Umpire Uniform Order 2015" and tried to edit the submission you have received, it was saved correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

As you can see that the submission edit is being captured successfully. Are you using an edit link to edit your submissions? I think no because your form's notification email alert does not have any {edit_link}.

nor am I able to save any changes if I can make them.

Do you mean to say that the changes you make in your form also is not being saved? That is strange and it could be related to browser cache issue. I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you on how to clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
