You can send 1024 MB per file with Premium (Totally 10 GB) and Professional (Totally 1 TB) account types.
But it's not completely related with your JotForm account. You also need to have that much space on your Dropbox account, and there is a restriction on Dropbox API.

Just so you know, Dropbox imposes a 300MB/file limit on files uploaded using their API.
This means that files larger than 300MB will not be sent to your Dropbox account, although it will be saved successfully on your JotForm account.
