can I recieve notifications bundled in excel or pdf formats?

Is it possible to receive submission notifications bundled in excel or pdf formats instead of being individually sent?

I'm sorry, but it's not possible for now. But you can create an excel report: http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report then you can add the report link in your email settings so you can just click on it to download the entire submissions to an excel file.
