How can I change the width of the label so it uses the full width of the form?

I ask a question for the visitor to answer in a text area. When reviewing the form, my question is justified left but in a narrow field making it narrow and long. The question area only allows for 22 characters wide. How do I widen the question area (my question to the visitor)  to be the width of the form and the text area show underneath it.

You can do this by changing the label align to the top.
