Sometimes email confirmation are not received.

    Hi, some emails from my forms do not get to my email box. I have to go to your homepage to get details if the form was submitted. If I do test the email in the form configuration, it is working. Can you check it please.

    Hi,

    Upon checking the form found in that web link that you have, I believe that problem is that you did not properly setup the "Sender Email" in your email notification, here it is:

    I also check the email recipient that you have which is i***@b**uga.lt, and it is not in our bounce list, our mail logs also do not display any failed email attempts or errors.

    Please do try the solution above and see if that fixes the problem.
