I created a simple form to replicate some odd behavior I have been seeing recently. Basically, once a form has been changed the standard address for the secure form does not show the changes (however, the other secure URL address does work). Here are the URLs:
https://secure.jotform.com/form/13095932141 (this does not display the "CHANGED" text)

Apparently, for some time there has been an issue with the secure.jotform.com version of forms not updating as quickly as other versions. I don't know if the problem was fixed and is now reocurring or if it was never resolved but I will submit a(nother?) ticket on the issue.
For the time being, please update your secure links to the https://www.jotform.com version.

Thanks for the workaround.
From looking at the forums this issue seems to go back quite a few months. I've added "again" to the forms as above and I still see the same issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced difficulties of some functions using https://secure and http://form and should be fixed soon, in the meantime we recommend users to use https://www for secure form and http://www for nomal form, this way it would give much fast update.
