Is there a way for us to re-integrate to Google SpreadSheet that was created in previous integration?

Is there any way to fix the integration with the existing spreadsheet?  I have heavily customized formatting in the Google sheet and I would very much like to avoid having to recreate all of it.

    Hello,

Could you please let us know if spreadsheet started updating now?

    Kind regards

When I create a new spreadsheet integration (to a new Google spreadsheet), it updates just fine.  What I really need is a way to re-integrate with the original spreadsheet that has been customized, is shared with multiple users, and already has many months of data.  Recreating all of my sheets, copying the previous data, and re-customizing and re-sharing them all for all of my forms is kind of a nightmare scenario at the moment.

    Hello,

Sorry that I was a bit vague. Did your old -but not re-integrated- sheets begin to receive submissions?

    Thank you

Yes--the other older sheets are all receiving data correctly now.  Thanks for that!  That will save me the work of rebuilding all of those.  I only have one (the one with the most customization) that isn't working.

It looks like I'm just going to have to set up a new sheet with customization and copy the old data over.  At least it's only one sheet, so that's a much better outlook for my afternoon.    Thanks for your help!

I just got a response from David on another thread:

The easiest way unfortunately is to copy the old data to the new sheet.  It unfortunately only pulls submission data and not the data added to your old sheet.  This is one of the shortcomings of our integration that we are working hard on improving.  I apologize for any trouble this has caused you.

You guys are awesome!  This is a small price to pay for the overwhelming amount of time that JotForm has saved me over the past year.

    Thanks!

Thank you. That is great to hear.

I would also like to add a little suggestion and that is to use importRange function. This will allow you to keep all the data in your one and the same spreadsheet and to just pull new data from new spreadsheet if a new integration is needed at some point.
