Why is the service randomly not working? We've been using your services for over a year and are only now having these issues on a frequent basis. It is unfortunate that we are paying for an unreliable service when it so heavily effects our business. Please advise or follow the same process as before to fix this issue as we need this fixed as soon as possible because it is hindering our sales. Thank you for your time.

Please accept our sincere apologize for this matter. I'm not certain about the cause of the problem, but one could be related to the changes in the Google Drive API. Our developer made an update a while ago and the update should fix the problem.
Please try to remove the current integration and do it again: http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive. If it is still not working, please let us so we can check and investigate further.
