Form Field Condition Issues

I have been trying to create several fields today using conditions, but none of the conditions actually work on the form.  I tried creating a condition for a drop-down field using the Update a Form Field Value option, but the items in the drop-down wouldn't change.  Then I tried to conditionally hide two fields, but they are always hidden.  What am I missing?  I tried clearing my cache and using a different browser (was using Firefox 37, also tried Chrome 41).

The 'Update a form field value' condition is mostly used to update the Text Box based values. There is no way to use it in order to update the pre-defined list of Drop Down items.

I would like to recommend using 'Show a form field' conditions to show different fields based on user selections.

You do not need to add any additional hide conditions in this case.
