How often does JotForm releases updates and does this impact the users in any way?

    What is your release schedule? How have your releases impacted user forms in the past?  Has a release or will a release cause the form to be incompatible or unusable?

    We are constantly releasing updates to our system and this is all done without it even being noticeable.

    This is possible due to its modular design, allowing us to update any part and include some new feature, while the rest are working properly.

    In the same time, our developers are running their own shadow copies of the online version so that they can do their tests in real time before they do any changes to the online system.

    Even if the issue was to happen due to the upgrade, such system allows us to quickly restore back to the previous version and continue from there.

    Just to add. Even if you are using some widget and it gets updated over time, the one on your form will be as it was - we do not force update on all of the widgets.

    So, for example, if there was an issue with the latest version of widget, the old ones might not have that issue at all, since the other ones were not updated.

    On the other hand, if you want to have the latest version of the widget, you can simply remove the old one and add the new one instead, which will always load the latest version.
