Great Product "Except" this script !

This script ( Script: http://d2g9qbzl5h49rh.cloudfro….net/static/prototype.forms.js:111) if this cannot be resolved then I don't see how I can purchase the product or even use the free version? I have tried all browsers and still same issue. Please advise on fix.
