The recent update to our Google integration have affected this changed.
May I inquire if this have caused issue on your integration? Perhaps we can assist you with a workaround to make it work even with the interchanged column position in the spreadsheet.

As I said, there are already two months with repeated problems:
1) submission of incorrect dates
2) columns out of order.
How to fix this permanently?
Already delete and I joined again the forms, several times.

An alternative option you can use for the Google spreadsheet integration is using Zapier service to bridge the integration
As for the interchanged column, it had been fixed already recently. Our dev have restored the previous column position of submission dates to be on the left side of the spreadsheet.
Please tell us if this fixed did not happen on your integrated Google spreadsheet of the form.
