Form being cut short on pageAsked by abslmm on April 09, 2015 at 07:29 PM
I have used jotform on many occasions but for some reason I am made a contact form and installed it in new wordpress theme "planet foundation" and only a portion of the form shows. This is a responsive theme. I have installed it in an older website and the code works fine. I have shut off all plugins and it still does not work properly. Is there a fix or am I doing something wrong? Have you had any problems on other responsive themes?
I can't seem to reproduce the problem here. There is not cut when I viewed your page on Chrome, Firefox and IE.
Did you manage to resolve the problem?
If you continue to have this problem on your end, re-embed your form using the following iframe embed code. This should also fix it.
<iframe onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" src="//form.jotform.us/form/50986851091160" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" name="50986851091160" id="50986851091160" style="width: 100%; border: none; height: 900px;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Hope this helps. Thanks!
