Several blank rows are displayed in the exported submission excel file.

Today every time I try to download my form submissions in excel, I can't use the files in office/word. When I edit the recipient list and sort it goes blank as if there is no data at all. I've been trying since 1pm continuously. I even paid $150 to Microsoft support because I thought it was the Office software. Then I tried it on another computer with the same problems, so I know it is the files I downloaded from your site. Please help! I have lots of orders I need to process and I need the xls files to work ASAP. Never had this problem before with your files in all the time I've been with you. It's just today.

Edit: Actually what looks like is happening is about a hundred blank files are included in the download so when I sort A to Z all the blank files are first and then if I scroll down really far I can see the real submissions. Can you look into this and get those blank inclusions out? It sure makes it hard to use the files.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

With which form you are having this issue with? I did check the submission page of your last edited form and did not find blank submission records.

I have also downloaded your form's submission in excel. There are several fields which seems to have not been answered by users and they appears blank in excel file. I do not see any rows which is completely blank.

Are you sorting any specific column in excel file? I also sorted the submissions in excel and do not see any blank rows. Please check the screenshot below:

I tried again today and the issue is still occurring. I tried with my forms:

Wizarding School Quidditch Captain Letters

Wizarding School Prefect Letters

Wizarding School Acceptance Letters

Etsy and eBay Order Form

I tried downloading as .xls and .xlsx files. I've tried download as .csv files but then I get a bunch of error pop ups that say "too many fields".

The blank rows do not show up in Excel. They only show up when importing and editing the file in Word Mail Merge which is where I need to use it.
