Why aren't some of my conditional fields showing correctly?

Asked by citizenkain on November 07, 2011 at 12:03 AM

I have a form located at http://www.escapeonline.com.au/signup.html which is pointing to https://secure.jotform.com/jsform/12445633668

I have created some conditional fields which display fine however the newest conditional fields I have added to show credt card fields when payment option selected is credit card, are not showing when credit card is ticked.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Alex,

I have tested your form using https://secure.jotform.com/form/12445633668 and was able to replicate the issue, but tested on https://www.jotform.com/form/12445633668 and it works properly, I think. So I would like to recommend, replace your code with this: https://www.jotform.com/jsform/12445633668

or re-embed your code using this:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.jotform.com/jsform/12445633668"></script>

Please let us know if that helps or not, so we can provide you further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm and have a great day!
