After clicking submit, "High Traffic" error message was displayed

    Hi -


    One of our website users reported losing all of her form data when she receive an error message about high traffic during the submit process.  We are using WIX as our hosting service with an embedded Jotform.  Our site is not a high traffic site.  Any suggestions on how to avoid this problem going forward?


    The form was submitted around 8:45 am central time on April 7th.

    Hi Kathie,

    You can see the uptime and downtime of JotForm here:, click "Latest Stats". I see there was a temporary disruption on the service last April 7, but it was just temporary and was immediately fixed.

    I see in the data of the form received a submission on April 7, 2015 8:42:04. I'm not sure if this is the submission you are looking for, but please do check. If there was a missing submission it is possible that the form did not submit successfully, if this is the case they'll need to fill out the form again.
