If I understand your question correctly, you want to create a workflow form. When the form is submitted by the user, it should be sent to you. You will sign in and then send it to the user for him to sign in. Is that correct?

How to test this form:

#1. User will first sign the form and submit it.

#2. You will receive a submission email with a hyperlink URL. Clicking on the URL will allow you to edit the submission.

#3. Please input text "admin" in the text box field "Key for administrative use". It will display a signature widget. When you sign and submit the form again, user will receive the signed submission email with contract text.

Thank you for your response.  However the workflow would be:

I fill out the details and sign

the form is sent to the client

they sign and a copy is emailed to me and the client.

So the client would only see the completed form with all the data complete and a signature field to fill out.

In this case, you should pre-fill in advance before you send the form to the client.

You can use the JotForm Field Prepopulator App to do this.

Is this plugin something i need to install in my wordpress site?

My colleague provided to you link to JotForm application which will enable you prepopulating fields and when you prepopulate fields you can generate link of your form which you need to embed to your website. In case that you are using Wordpress site than you need to embed that link there.

Hi thank you for your responses.  Is there a way to include my signature panel in the prepopulator? I would like to be able to do this without having to go to a second site to use the app. 

Is there a way to do this without the use of the prepopulator wiget, but use the "Key for administrative use" feature?  I imagine I would need a place to specify the email of the client to send the form to. 

Unfortunately you cannot assign a default signature on the E-signature widget. So you cannot actually pre-fill it in any way.

BUT how about if you just use an image instead (a scanned image of your e-signature) and add it on the form.

You can dynamically show/hide the signature using condition logic

It only shows the signature because the form is currently set as the administrator.
