    Is there an issue with using Google Chrome?

    I have had two clients say that they have had problems submitting forms when using Goggle Chrome.  Both times the form suggests that some fields have been left empty eventhough they haven't been.

    Try embedding the form via its iFrame version instead of the short code and let us know if that resolves the problem.

    Have tried using iframe version but form still hangs in Google Chrome.  The field of issue is 'email', I have tried removing the validation command but this has made no difference.

    I tried checking your page using Chrome and attempted to submit the form without filling anything and it returned me with all the required field warnings.

    Have you tried pressing the CTRL + F5 keys (full refresh) to try loading a new cache?  I'm thinking that somewhere the page hung up that's why it did not load all the required libraries for the form to function properly.

    Have tried a forced refresh but still having the same problem.  The email field is asking for a valid email address eventhough one is entered and I have removed the validation command.

    Can you try changing your Iframe Embed code from:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/12342948778" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:865px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    to

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/12342948778" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:865px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    In addition to fxr's response, I would suggest to replace the e-mail address field with a regular text box field and just label it as 'our e-mail'.  But, please be reminded that replacing the field would delete your data for that field in your submissions list.
