My checkboxes and radio options look very similar to one another

    1. Check boxes & RAdio buttons should not be the same thing.  Check box should not have a question field & a labels for multiple choices.  Check box, should just be one option, one label, with a check box.  Please let me know if/when this can be corrected.  The Radio Button does not format for what I need.

    2.  I cannot get the labels to stop wrapping even when I choose ot align top.  I would like the label/question to continue on one line of text not multiple when the space is available.  I cannot find the correct option to correct this formatting issue
    .

I would appreciate a timely response and corrections to the coding issues listed about as I need to get these forms live ASAP to replace my Adobe forms.

Since we can only answer one question per thread, I would like to ask you to always open a new thread per your issue / question unless they are very closely related to one another.

I have however moved your other question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/550196

In regards to the checkboxes, I am not quite sure if I understood you correctly, but the checkboxes and radio options are actually designed (originally - not by JotForm) to be made out of a group of checkboxes / radio options.

The difference in them is that checboxes can be used to select multiple options, while the radio buttons are used to select only one from the group instead.

Looking at your jotform above, I can see that they are similar, that is until they are clicked on, when a checkmark is added for the checbox and a filled out circle is added for radio buttons.

Now do let me know if I understood you correctly. You would like to have 1 checkbox under one label?

If so, all you would need to do is add 1 entry into Options instead of several and then create as many checbox fields as needed, following the same approach.

You can also limit the number of checkboxe options that can be selected under one checkbox if that is what you would like to do?

Just click on the little gear wheel and on Show Properties

Then you can set the Maximum Selections:

I would appreciate a timely response and corrections to the coding issues listed about as I need to get these forms live ASAP to replace my Adobe forms.

I would just like to check if you have tried using our import tool?

You can see more about it here:

This still does not solve my issue.  I want a check box that results a true/false positive/negative response in the submissions section.

I don't want the form to read TRUE/FALSE.  Just if the box is checked, is returned "TRUE", "X" "Selected" - Something like that in teh submission.

I had this option in Adobe Forms Central, and when the forms are converted JOt is not reading it proper and I've lost a lot of responses.

At first I was very excited about Jot, but I'm really discovering alot of bugs here that are not helping me in anyway.  I needed a seamless transition, as you advertised.  That's not what I'm getting.

OK, based on what you have mentioned, there were some issues in how the data was imported to your JotForm account. For that reason I have moved this to a new thread where we will raise it to our team working on the import to assist you with the issue. The new thread can be found here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/555673

In regards to the value, the value returned is always the same as what you had added as the option for the checkbox / option, but if you can provide us with more details how this worked, we could raise this as a feature to our developers to consider implementing.

Please do so by opening a new thread for that which you can do here: http://www.jotform.com/contact/ that way we would be able to have all the data about this feature in that one thread.

    Thank you.

Hi jpeterson01, I believe that this is a reply to my question here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/555673

Thank you for your reply, but please do always reply back to the same thread. That allows us to properly assist you - for example if my colleagues were assigned to the other thread I would not be aware to what your reply might be referencing to.

I will get back to the other thread and will be reply back there shortly.
