If I'm not mistaken, if you purchase a subscription plan to us, you will be able to change the currency during the purchase process.
Here's how you can properly upgrade your account and change the currency.
1. Log in to your www.jotform.com (Make sure you are logged in).
2. Navigate to Account Settings->Billing->Choose a plan->Choose Payment
3. After choose payment method and schedule, click "Upgrade".
4. You will then be navigated to this page, you can choose the currency that you are using.
We use FastSpring to process these orders, and I believe you'll have the option to change the currency view there.
