Getting errors in Order form with Paypal payment tool integratedAsked by ArmstrongTennisAcademy on April 10, 2015 at 12:30 PM
Attached is my Jotform registration link. Could I trouble to view the form to see that the Credit Card-PayPal is set up and integrated with PayPal correctly. I had someone who tried to pay by credit card and it provided him with an error message. In addition, when he tried either to use cash or cheque payment method, it redirected him back to PayPay. Can't figure out what I did wrong with these 2 fields. Please help
Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the registration link that you attached, could you please share it again. Also, could you share us the error message that the user is getting. I would advise that you check the "Description" part of the payment tool that you are using to make sure that you are using the correct account type or settings for it.
Here's an example, if I integrate Paypal Pro, you'll see in the Payment wizard the "Description" of the payment tool and what is required. Another one, you could try clicking the "Test Integration" to check if the setting is correct.
Regarding the cash or check payment, are you using multiple payment in your form? Here's how you can set it up: http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form.
I hope that helps.
