bi-yearly subscription for premium but may need a month or two of economy

Hi,

If I buy a two year Premium plan, can I upgrade it to Economy twice a year when I need a few more submissions?

Will my subscription just go back to Premium at the end of those two months? Is it automatic, or do I have to cancel the Economy subscription?

Hi,

Unfortunately this would not be possible through our system.  Once the two year subscription is applied, you would not be able to upgrade to Economy without cancelling the Premium one.  Occasionally our system does allow for multiple subscription for single account but this is usually in error.  If you did upgrade to Economy and our system did recognize it, cancelling the Economy subscription would set you back to a "Free" account, not a Premium one.  Trying to do this through our system would probably result in some frustration on your end.

We can probably help you make this work, though it would require you to let us know when you are upgrading to Economy and may require you to pay with a different payment method for the Economy month.  Just let us know when you require the upgrade and we will be happy to see what we can do.
