I'm currently using your service on one of my online sites! After having a client send me an email while trying to purchase a service , it was brought to my attn they were not able to use the form I had on the site.
Please explain, I've had three clients that have not been able to use the form to place orders. AND I don't know how many more I've missed.

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. We are now looking into the problem.
JotForm should work fully now since other servers has taken over the load. You should not see any errors any more.
