I checked your notifications settings and seems that everything looks good. However in mail logs I can not find any logs that mail were sent to email you mentioned.
You can check following guide to see if your settings are good:
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender
