PayPal settings changed after I started using JotForm

    Immediately following my use of the first payment through JotForm, my PayPal account changed to where everything must be individually processed and set it up so that the funds do not go through until 21 days after I have processed it. This not only applies to the transactions made via JotForm but also ones that come directly from our website which is extremely inconvenient and misleading to our ticket buyers. What in you system affected this change?

    I am sorry but no.

    It is not possible for jotform to change or affect anything on your Paypal account.

    Please check instead with Paypal if they somehow have "blocked" your account.

    I can assure you that JotForm had nothing to do with what Paypal could have done on the account.
