I have a client who's trying to use one of our forms to register for an upcoming event, and she keeps on getting the error message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."

When I tried it from my computer, I got the same error message.

    PLEASE HELP!!

I checked your account and considering that you did not provide which form is causing you a problem I cloned one of your form with ID 50967121120950 and inside of that form there is submission limit set. That means that inside of form there are settings which will not allow submitting form if email address is previously entered and used. Please see settings that I found inside of your form:

You have also limit to 18 submission. If you want to prevent getting error that you mentioned than you need to change those settings.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

That doesn't make any sense... I have a limit set of 18, and yet there are 5 people registered in that form, and still getting the error. Plus, we need to have cut offs for each form.... Please advise.

As I already explained to you inside of your form you have Unique Question set to E-mail.

That means that if I am a new user and I am trying to register to your form with some Email (test@gmail.com), first attempt for registration will be successful. If I try to register second time with using same Email address I will not be able to and I will get error.

You need to change Unique Question to No Check in order to allow users to be able to submit form more that once with same Email address. If you want to find more about form limits please read this article:

If you still have a problem please provide us ID of your form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
