Name fields are not populating in google spreadsheet

    Tested several times. Required first and last name are entered in Jot form but for some reason are appearing as blank in the google spreadsheet. It was working fine until today.

    Our developer had just recently applied a patch update to fix related issue in Google integration.

    May I suggest you try first the re-integration process to ensure that the update gets applied to your form integration.

    Follow this steps

    1. Remove any existing Google integration on the form.

    2. Save the form

    3. Re-do the integration to Google spreadsheet

    4. Save the form.

    After completing the integration, go to our Google Docs account and checked if the integrated spreadsheet now have all the submission data from the form.
