Hi guys!
I am currently editing this form:
http://form.jotform.ca/form/50994677103260
I convinced the client to come away from 123ContactForm but we've hit a bit of a road block. Using 123ContactForm if people selected to pay via PayPal he would still receive all of their information, even if they didn't finish the check out!
Is there a way to set up something similar using JotForm? I tried a condition but with no luck. I guess it would be to put payment after submission or send date before submission if submit type = paypal!
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
If you are using Paypal as a payment processor in your form then once the form is submitted it will go directly to the Paypal check out page.
Now in the Paypal check out page, if the user does not want to proceed with the payment, got disconnected or something happens, then that submission will be included on the "Incomplete Payments". It means that the form submissions was completed but the payment is not. You can see these incomplete payments in the submissions page. Here's a guide on how to view incomplete payments.
