I noticed that several submissions are not appearing in the folders integrated with Dropbox? I have them going into each Folder by Location but it's not adding them after the first one.
For example I have 3 already submitted for cedar hill but only one shows up. Heres the form.

The reason that the other submissions are not appearing on your Dropbox is because you're using the same path. So every time you submit the form, it will be send to Dropbox with the same file name.
On your form, I would recommend you putting an extended folder name.
Click the "Integrations" button.
Click the "Dropbox Forms".
Click the "Manage Integration" button.
Then select your preferred Extended folder name.
After that, just click "Next" and finish the integration.
I cloned your form and integrated it with my Dropbox, here's what I've got.
