Google Drive integration had some issues when custom folder title was set, but works OK with auto-suggested one

We think out problem was with the "custom folder title."

Now we are using Auto Folder and haven't had a problem.

Did you do something specifically to that folder title? We would like to use the customize option but not at the risk of loosing integration to Gdrive.

    Thanks,

It is always suggested to keep the same name as it is while the spreadsheet is created and not to change the title, but if you mean that option of custom folder name within the jotform integration, then it should work properly with it being different.

Could you please tell us the custom name in that case that you have used so that we can check if there is any reason such name would not work as expected?

{patientName} {noteType} was the name we were using. We also tried {patientName} - {noteType} but we saw a problem with the "-" in a previous forum.

    Hello Lifelongtherapy,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I am unable to replicate the issue in my test form.

I also cloned your form "Lifelong Therapeutics OT Form" and integrated it my google account. I did set the "Submission folder name" as "Custom" and used the tags "{patientName} {noteType}". When I test your form, it did create the custom folder correctly in my google drive account successfully. The submission PDF was also names appropriately. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to re-integrate your form with goggle drive and test your form again.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
