Embedded form submissions are not showing up in my account?

    I've inspected the provided URL and found that the form shown there is not built in our system. But, I assume that you're referring to this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51002770350946. If so, I made a test submission and had no problems on my side.

    You need to embed that form in your site to be able to see the captured information in your account.
