How can I create a form to capture Name and Email while at the same time performing a simple calculation?

I am looking to create a form that someone can enter name and email and a dollar figure and get the result based on a 21%  estimated savings.

    John Doe

    test@gmail.com

    $1000

    YOUR SAVINGS

    $210

I am very close in the link above but still would like to format numbers for currency and not have calculation show until button is pressed.

You can add the $ sign to the calculation tool and click on the advanced option to always show the decimal values.

In order to show the estimated value when the form is submitted, you can do this by using a Thank you message.

Forgot to mention that you need to hide the calculation widget in your form to show its value only when the form is submitted.
