How do I change my account type from professional to basic?

    Hi there, Our current marketing campaign is over. I'd like to switch from professional back to basic, until our next campaign gets rolling in a couple of months. I can't figure out how to do this. Thanks, Kristen

    Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be changed again. Your account will stay Professional until the time you have paid for expires.
