I have created a new form on my website, for a newer page I am trying to launch with a payment feature on my site. The form itself is updated on Jotform, saved, and I can even view the form on its own preview link successfully with all the new updates.

I am using iWeb to create my website, and have other successful forms on the site on other pages that always automatically update whenever I change things from the Jotform site. I have made a few changes to this new form, and for some reason, even if I re-copy and paste the embed code in the HTML Snippet on iWeb and re-publish the website, the new changes in the form will not update onto the form page on my website. The changes are being shown in the preview on iWeb before the upload, so it looks like it will upload with the new changes. However, when I go to view the newly uploaded site, the form is still the same! I don't know why this is happening, but need to fix it immediately!

Also, another weird thing that its doing that I'm unsure how to fix (and doesn't do on my other forms on the site). I have gone to the webpage with the form and tried filling it out to test the form myself, putting in a fake name, email, etc. Every time I go re-visit the form on the webpage, the form already has those previously filled out fields completed... even if i refresh the page. I have no idea why its doing this, i don't know if theres a setting I used when creating the form but I want it to be blank everytime I come back to the page and not filled in already.

Please let me know how to fix asap!
