Jotform not working?

    Jotform appears not to be working again - "experiencing high volumes of traffic"


    Please let us know urgently when it will be up and running again!

    Temporarily Unavailable
    We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    JotForm is working fine here. 

    Can I ask the URL of the form(s) you are seeing this message for?

    Judging by the forum, many users experienced the same issue today, so I'm a bit concerned that Jotform was not aware that anything was wrong. It all seems to be working again now.

    Yes. We had an issue affecting Once identifed, it was quickly resolved. Sorry about any loss of service experienced.

    Your post was one of the first to report the issue, I hadnt quite worked out, at that stage, that it was a problem broadly affecting 

    This is why its so important to always include the URL in any requests asking for support, it helps us quickly identify any significant issues, so we can fix them much more efficiently.

    This is really dragging and the form only opens occasionally.  Is this still a problem?  I have lost my faith in this product at this point....It was working on a couple of days and mostly not.

    We have identified the issue happened on November 7th and fixed it. It was caused by a configuration change we made on PHP as a part of the changes we recently made to increase the speed of JotForm. It took us a long time to find out the reason since it was happening intermittently and when we checked things everything looked fine.

    Clarinetrachel, currently I am not able to reproduce this issue from my side. However, we will keep monitoring the servers.

    Could you please try to clear cache and cookies, and then re-check the site?

    Also you may try to use a instead of .com version to see if that makes any difference for you.
