PDF/Word to JotForm

    I was interested in the fillable PDF feature that you currently have. I have documents in word form that need to be converted and also a fillable PDF which I would like to convert. 

     

    1. Can this be done? I tried on the tutorial and it wouldn't let me do so. Here is the link to one of my documents: http://www.flvetbehavior.com/Web/Questionnaires_files/FVBS%20Dog%20Q%202014.pdf

     

    2. Is there someone on staff which I can hire to create my forms from these documents?

    You need to have JotForm form to be able to create a Fillabel PDF form. It is not possible to do reverse. Which tutorial you used? It is not possible to convert PDF or Word to JotForm form.

    Also we can not create forms for you. You need to create them yourself and in case that you need some help we can assist you through this forum.
