I am trying to downgrade our service to free. Everytime I click on to the downgrade - it does not work.

    Hi Daisydog,

    After reviewing your account, I am currently seeing that your account has been set to be downgraded on April 20, 2015 at the end of your current subscription period.

    At that time your account will be downgraded to a Free account and there will be no further charges.

    Please inform us if you need further assistance.
