How do I close a form so others cannot submit without losing the collected data? I want to be able to do things with the data, but have given all recipients a due date for submitting on the form. The form was sent out via email so all will continue to have access to it unless I close it some how.

Thank you for your direction on this matter!

    Hi Corey,

You can disable a certain form but keep the data submitted by opening the form on the form builder and set "Status: Disabled" from the Preferences button on the toolbar.

Hope you find this helpful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
