Hello,
What is the time zone for forms? When I try to disable on submission date, I see "9:06" as the time, but i'm in EST time, which would be 1:06 PM.

Hi BMSGC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The timezone in your forms would depend on the account's Timezone setting on the Account's Settings page. Can you send me the link to the form you are trying to set the expiration date to disable so I can take a look at it for you?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I just checked our account and we are in the correct time zone (America/New York), so it doesn't make sense that the disable on time would show something 8 hours in advance. Here is a screenshot of our settings:
This is the form I want to disable tonight at 6:00 PM EST: https://form.jotform.com/232114354650144, but in general, I'd like to understand what general time zone Jotform uses when disabling a form. You'll notice that if you go to "disable on specific date", the current time is 8 hours ahead, so what time zone is Jotform using and how do we get it to be the same time zone that our settings are?

Hi BMSGC,
Thanks for getting back to us. Server time is US Eastern Standard Time. You can change the timezone on your account settings. Inside this guide, you can find how to change the Timezone and Time format on your account. To give you more details about it, you can check our detailed guide on how to change the submission date to a different format and timezone.
Please note that when disabling the form on a specific date and time, the Time is US Eastern Standard Time (server time, not your computer time or timezone that is set on your account). You will have to calculate your local time to US Eastern Standard Time.
Also please note that disable time must be entered at least 5 hours before the expiration time. For example, if you want the form to close at 17:00 you need to save the settings at least 5 hours earlier, before 12:00.
You can check our detailed guide on how to limit submissions in a form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
