How do I change the name of a form on the Subject Line when the form is submitted to me?

I cloned another one of my forms (named Secure Payment Information). My new form is called WDW Quote Request Form, which is what I have it named as. I just got my first submission and when I got the email in the subject line it had Secure Payment Information instead of WDW Quote Request Form. Even though I clearly have this one named that. How do I go about changing that?
