Test email sent notifications to other email address

The email connectors are also not working right.  I will put in one user's email address and the test emails are sent to another email not even associated with my current form.

Hi,

Please make an actual submissions with your form to test your form recipient emails.

The test email button you see in the notification wizard will only send test notifications to your account email address not with the email address associated with the form notifications.
