When I download the csv file manually all is well, however when I use applescript
do shell script "curl -o /Users/xxxxxx/Dropbox/DATA_DO_NOT_DELETE/SnaplashData.csv 'http://www.jotform.com/csv/41137896486064'"
it produces a blank file, any idea why?
Also if I just use http://www.jotform.com/csv/41137896486064 in the brower it auto downloads but is blank, whats the reason?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I am able to replicate the issue with the csv report you have created. There seems to be some technical glitch where the csv report does not display any submission record.
I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

I have also noticed over the last few months that the way the data is populated in the downloaded csv keeps changing.
The sort order was different a week ago and I had to alter my code
The way the address locator was displayed changed a week ago also.
Just Noticed none of the Address Map Locator info is in the manually downloaded csv
Please keep me updated, my business replies on this service, thank you again.

The problem is resolved thanks to your post.
We had some improvements that unintentionally created some issues, now almost all of them cleared. I will also keep working on Address Map Locator widget output.

Has my form ID been changed at all? The form listed above doesnt seem to exist anymore, or is that because I made it public....?
The address locator is now showing data, but will this format be consistent?
The locator address used to be formatted differently and the parsing code I use has to keep on changing to accomodate this.

I tried your CSV File and I can confirm it's not working. I could be wrong but I think perhaps our dev may have reset your CSV File due to the previous issue since you said you are unable to access it now except before. We do apologize about any inconveniences that this may have caused you.
Anyhow yes the Form ID will stay the same. That does not change unless you create and use a clone of the original form then the clone would change and the original would still be the same.
Can you try creating a new csv report to use and see if that works with it now then with your parsing code?
Our developer has sorted out most of the problems as he stated but I believe the widget fix may possibly take a little more time if it still an issue on top of this.

its not a problem at all and in no way am I upset :-)
the url seems to have changed to http://www.jotform.com/csv/51025743815048
while its not an issue(I just have to change it in my code), I just wanted to confirm it will remain that specific url.
If you could ask your dev to drop me a line when all is completed and the format wont change.

Hi, I am afraid we have a problem again...
There is nothing listed in the csv in both the manual download and also the the url download
The only thing that shows now is just a few quotation marks and a comma
I am very confused, I tested it a few hours ago and all was fine, but now even less than before.
Please advise, this is hindering me largely.

There is a problem though, even though "IP","Submission Date" are not selected in the fields for output they show up in the url download but not in the manual download.

Shown fields are defined while creating the report, so it does not get affected from submissions page. You can create a new report to accomplish this.

OK, I am afraid my patience is wearing a little thin.
The format of the CSV URL download has changed!!!!!!
There are now line returns as attached and a few hours ago there were not! All the data was in one line. This is due to the formatting of the address map locator.
Do I need to keep re-writing my code on a daily basis? My system is fully automated and when your devs change the way the form is outputted, MY system cannot parse the data.
Please let me know what is going on immediately. I am unable to function like this.

CSV format is being finalized around the clock, and it wont change after it stabilizes for all cases.
Do you find this format useful? It does represent Address Map Locator fields correctly I presume.

Hi, I have attached an image of my job csv and the way that I manipulate the data to suit my needs.
Personally, my preference would be in one continuous line with no line breaks with only the user inputted data included and not such things as Province: Country: etc
ie presuming we have to use the existing fields, the output would be:
11556 Shell Creek Road, Sand Springs, OK 74063, USA ,36.1803951,-96.1465574,Oklahoma,UNITED STATES
Hope that helps, I feel that the majority of users would prefer to have their data on a single line for ease of reading in a spreadsheet.
